let's talk: inspired

via

So, last month I celebrated one year on this here blog! It has been a fun year, lots of learning, and lots of  new endeavors.  However, if I am honest lately I have had moments (read months) where I just feel uninspired, at a lost for what to write about, disconnected, you name it.  I want to have more of a voice.   But, that is more for another day, or maybe not another day, maybe just a change that slowly I will get better at.  But, until then, two posts yall seriously have to read.

One: God seriously works in some awesome ways, last Spring He just dropped this new friend in my life, community and Charleston world.  She is so great, and this post that she wrote last night after a little blogging hiatus is full of so much truth.  Please don't miss it. And, while you are there welcome her back, girlfriend has some amazing style!

Two: I think Chassity is one of the most inspiring bloggers out there.  She does her thing and she does it so well.  While I am one of the new bloggers, this post is still so good and full of some great wisdom and honesty.  I had been thinking over these last few months that posting 5 days a week doesn't mean that yall are going to have great content, it means some days I will just be searching for what to write about.  Chassity says it well.

So, here's to feeling inspired.  Even some more "Let's Talk"

  1. Lots of truth, Becca! I don't think you need to post every day to be successful. Quality over quantity! Hang in there.

  2. Congrats on one year and all the followers you have! I don't see how bloggers continuously come up with great content from day to day. The thought of that exhaust me-just be you!
